This Startram Privacy Policy is legally binding on Licensee and on all users who are employees or contractors of Licensee, and on all end-users who access Startram-related services via Licensee and whom Licensee is therefore contractually obligated to bind to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Startram also may collect, use and store other information for purposes of initiating a user’s account and providing support and maintenance services via Licensee, including user’s name, email address, and payment information submitted by users when they create or update an account. Startram may also collect statistical usage data for purposes of quality of service and customer support, provided that such data does not include users’ browsing history or any traffic information that reveals what sites on the internet users have visited.

Best-in-class physical, procedural, and technical security measures are implemented with respect to information storage in connection with Startram, so as to prevent any loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of data collected, used and stored in Startram. The Licensor of Startram Intellectual Property believes these measures are robust; yet it must be understood that no data security measures can offer completely infallible protection. For this reason, the guiding principle of Startram is to collect minimal data consistent with quality of service.

Data collected, used or stored in Startram is used exclusively for purposes of opening and managing user accounts and providing support and maintenance services for the benefit of users. All data collected, used or store in Startram is accessed only on a need to know basis, and state of the art methods are used to secure such data against hacking and unauthorized use or disclosure.

Any potential user under the age of eighteen years or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must not provide any personal data in connection with use of Startram, without the involvement of a parent or a legal guardian.
